Natanya Wachtel, the organizer of HEaL Conferences, is a woman of all trades. She has a wealth of experience as a former therapist, educator, and seasoned customer science-powered marketing strategist. As the founder of the New Solutions Network and co-founder of evermore.io, Natanya has proven herself to be a pioneer in bringing innovative, tech-powered wellness solutions. Some of her contributions to the organizations include launching some of her first award-winning personalized CRM programs and the earliest inclusion of behavioral psychology into pharmaceutical marketing. She is also a featured speaker and mentor within her industry. She has been featured in the press, including Advertising Age, Inc. Magazine, and Forbes.
Dr. Wachtel obtained her undergraduate psychology degree and a Ph.D. in behavioral psychology from Michigan State to prepare for her work as a therapist, health tech strategy adviser, and advocate. Dr. Wachtel established the New Solutions Factory in 2008 as a specialized consulting group of professionals in behavioral science marketing and healthcare analytics. She collaborates ingeniously with health and wellness companies to assist them in comprehending, managing and resolving contemporary business challenges by fusing customer-centric psychology, actionable behavioral models, and technological innovation. Along with HealthEd Princeton and Insights by Demand, she added the New Solutions Factory to the New Solutions Network of businesses in 2021.
In addition to her work with evermore.io and the New Solutions Network, Dr. Wachtel is a board member of a number of nonprofit groups, all of which are dedicated to assisting people. Women Who Create is one of these organizations, a mentorship and scholarship program for women of color that aids students in attending college for creative disciplines. The other organization, Inspiring My Generation, aims to prevent suicide, raise consciousness about mental health, identify early warning signs, and provide emotional support.
